Hanif has 25 years of Experience with Ground Transportation Companies operating in many countries around the world. He has an MBA from UBC, and a Post Graduate Designation from the London School of Business. He has been President & CEO of Coventry Connections since 2002.

Marc Andre has a 25 year career in ground transportation with an extensive experience in operating both taxis and limousine/executive sedan firms, as well as hands-on responsibility in running businesses related to real estate and corporate finance. He received his Bachelors degree in Commerce with Honours from the University of Ottawa with a specialty in Marketing, Management and Finance.

Karen is Coventry’s Chief Financial Officer. She received an Honours B. Sc. degree from Carleton University and her Chartered Accountant designation in 1985. She has worked in senior municipal finance positions and had a long tenure after that experience in providing accounting and auditing services as a senior manager with Ernst & Young.

Sarah has worked as a commercial coordinator and administrator in the automotive industry, and in the moving & storage business. After a decade of that commercial experience, she worked in office management positions within the federal government, gaining more experience by being posted to several positions through a consulting firm. Sarah has been working with Coventry as an Executive Assistant and has been instrumental in producing and coordinating the company’s creative image.

Ward has had an impressive career in commercial law, including the job of heading a prestigious law firm in Ottawa. He managed to have a past-time in Olympic level sailing. Throughout his legal carrier, he had retained his position as General Counsel for Coventry since 1960. He also has been Corporate Secretary for Board of Directors during all those years. He is a graduate from Victoria College, University of Toronto and Osgood Hall Law School, holding a BA and L.L.B.

Courtney J. Francis is in his 46th year in the Taxi industry. He has served in a number of roles ranging from Labour Relations Director & Public Relations to being the current President of Ziptrack Inc., the dispatching arm of Coventry Connections. Courtney is a graduate of the University of Ottawa.

Tony had a strong career in private entrepreneurial business and taxi operations prior to joining our management team in 1992. He was instrumental in organizing and operating Coventry’s driver insurance program and oversees the company’s operations in Durham Region. He manages the substantial plate asset portfolio held by Coventry and is responsible for the company’s acquisitions on rolling stock.

Leslie has over 30 years experience in accounting, earning a CGA Designation in 1990. Leslie has 13 years experience in the taxi industry with Coventry Connections, both in the Finance Department, and more recently, Special Projects & Administration.

Joseph started his career with Coventry 13 years ago. For most of that time, he has been instrumental in transforming the 60 year old company’s Information Services systems into one of the most advanced ground transport operations in the nation – a restructuring that has taken over a decade and is still in progress. Joseph specializes in network, telephony, and software integration for Coventry Connections, the Ziptrack Call Centre as well as all company regional offices. He holds an Honours B.A. from Carelton University and various certificates from Algonquin College.

Jin has over 20 years of accounting experience. She obtained her B.A. degree from NanKai University in China in 1986, and joined the Coventry Group in February of 2002. While she stated as a junior accountant, Jin has since then been promoted to the position of Assistant Controller in late 2005. In this role, Jin is responsible for all financial reporting and budgeting.

Mandy has been working with Coventry Connections since 2006. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in China, professional accounting diploma in Canada, and now is in the certification studies (PACE level) toward CGA designation. Mandy currently is in the position of Intermediate accountant providing & compiling monthly financials among other financial duties.

Jacques has 13 years of experience in the Taxi Business and 7 years of experience in Labor Relations within the industry. Jacques manages the driver administration area of the company and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Niagara.

Joe has over 20 years of accounting experience, and experience in operating a successful floral business enterprise. She’s been working with Coventry Connections for over 10 years. She focused her undergraduate studies with a concentration in French at Université de Hearst. Joe is responsible for managing a very substantial portfolio of trade receivables on the Company’s Taxitab division.

Starting in 2006 as a call taker, Patrick has worked in the taxi industry for 6 years. While getting a B.A. in Buisiness Law from Carelton University, Patrick worked as a dispatch supervisor and later moved into the Coventry Connections management team as Assistant Manager

Dwayne has been in the transportation industry for 34 years. Starting as a taxicab driver some 30 years ago, Dwayne joined Ziptrack in 2011 as night team leader; Dwayne moved into a managerial role in 2012 and has been given more experience all around in the taxi industry

Dalia commenced her career with Coventry in 2006. She has managed the company's Accounts Receivable Billing, overseeing a large portfolio ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. More recently, Dalia has worked on restructuring the invoicing processes of company’s new acquisitions as these fleets have joined Coventry. Dalia will be handling new challenges at Coventry starting in the late summer. Her education background includes commerce, with an major in accounting.

Rania Rajab has been with Coventry Connections since 2008. Rania is the Supervisor of the Driver Cashiering Department which has a considerable number of teller-cashiers dealing with close to 3,000 drivers. She also has advanced duties in the Accounts Receivable Department.

Steven Deveau joined Coventry in October 2009 after a 12 year career with American Express. He is currently responsible for business development to Coventry’s numerous taxi, limousine, executive black car and coach divisions. Mr. Deveau’s experience includes building relations and selling to both the private and public sector, which offers a unique understanding of the complex marketplace.
