Terms and Conditions

IN CONSIDERATION of Taxitab providing Customer with voice charge authorization and in consideration of Taxitab accepting Customer's individual charges in lieu of cash payment for fare at the time of service, Customer agrees as follows:

1. To pay for all charges delivered by Taxitab to Customer and credited to drivers. Taxitab will invoice voice charges dated & credited to drivers for a calendar month the following month.


2. Should any account information delivered by Taxitab to Customer be lost, stolen, or misused for any cause or reason whatsoever, Taxitab will charge the account of the Customer with the amount of any such charge accepted by Taxitab, together with the financial service fee and carrying charge, and the Customer agrees to pay for the same.


3. A 15% monthly administration fee plus HST on the administration fee is added to each account. There is no administration fee charged where there is no use of taxi service within a monthly billing period.


4. Taxitab may terminate credit privileges of Customer at any time without notice, and the Customer agrees.


5. Customer authorizes Taxitab to deliver by mail or e-mail any statements of Customer's account. This authorization will continue in force until contrary instructions in writing are received by Taxitab from the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure TaxiTab is up to date for invoicing purposes.


The confidential information collected will only be used by Taxitab, a division of Coventry Connections Inc. and/or it's affiliated companies as defined in Coventry Connections Privacy Policy. The undersigned acknowledges that Taxitab may obtain a credit report from a Canadian credit bureau and authorizes any such credit investigation. The Company retains the right to use scanned documents including this signed credit application as legal, enforceable material. A signed contract is an acknowledgment that the "Terms & Conditions" will be complied with.
