WHY USE A TAXI ACCOUNT SERVICE?
Customers need clear compiled records of their taxi usage. Many want to pay for all their trips at the end of the month. Qualified customers can use our account service - “Taxitab”. Every customer can get a set of taxi chits that are fraud resistant and easy to use.

HOW AN ACCOUNT SERVICE WORKS
Customers are sent custom printed taxi chits in booklets. The chits have your specific account number. Every time a taxi user finishes a trip, he/she can fill-in the blanks and complete one of the chits. That completed chit is then used for payment. The driver keeps that chit and we pay the driver.

ONE INVOICE/ONE STATEMENT
We sort and collate all your transacted chits and send you copies with an invoice. You would pay the invoice within 30 days. You can receive this by e-mail or by regular post.

USAGE BY “FUND CENTRE”
You may have multiple users in your own family or in your company. We can assign a booklet of chits to each user or group of users so your monthly statement would show total usage by each user, group of users or “fund centre”.

COSTS
There is no cost involved in receiving our chit booklets or in setting-up the account. The monthly invoice we send you will have all the taxi metered charges and a small standard administration charge applied to the invoice.


APPLICATION
An application form needs to be completed and our account processing division, called Taxitab, may require your credit card details as security for payment in the event past invoices are not paid. The taxi chits are like bank cheques. They are valuable payment instruments and customers should keep them safely. We are not responsible for lost taxi chits.
