Job Description: Assistant Dispatcher

Company objectives: To offer an array of services to drivers, customers, and fleet operators. No matter what the need, we can help you with dependable and convenient transportation options and services to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Monitoring Dispatch Board
Input charges as needed for all fleets.
Handle dispatch related questions.
Submit reports to Management.
Provide routes of travel and directions.
Handle Lost & Found work as needed.
Give guidance in critical situations.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Education Minimum: high school
Above-average phone etiquette and people skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task

Languages: English, and/or Bilingual English and French.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8-hour shift
